21 November 2025 On November 21, 2025, MGM STAR CONSTRUCT took part in the Kick-Off Meeting of the MSCA Staff Exchange project “Confined Nanoreactors for Environmental, Medical and Catalytic Applications” (NANOEMCA), an international initiative funded under HORIZON Europe – Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA).
The project brings together leading universities, research institutes, and industrial partners across Europe with the aim of strengthening collaboration between academia and the private sector. Its objectives focus on facilitating scientific mobility, fostering innovation, and advancing research in mesoporous organosilica confined nanoreactors for environmental, catalytic, and industrial applications.
Representing the company, MGM STAR CONSTRUCT joins the consortium as a technological and industrial partner, contributing expertise in advanced materials, vacuum technologies, and applied research. Through its involvement, MGM STAR CONSTRUCT supports the development of innovative experimental solutions and strengthens cooperation between scientific institutions and industry.
The Kick-Off Meeting, hosted by the Advanced Research Center for Innovative Materials, Products and Processes – CAMPUS Research Center of POLITEHNICA Bucharest, provided participants with technical discussions, planning sessions, and the opportunity to visit high-level research laboratories.
This meeting marked the official launch of the NANOEMCA project and set the foundation for coordinated work among all consortium partners over the next project phases.
