On March 21, 2024, MGM STAR CONSTRUCT SRL took part in an academic visit to the INOE 2000 – National Institute for Research and Development in Optoelectronics.
The visit was hosted by Dr. Cristiana Eugenia Ana Grigorescu and brought together researchers from MGM STAR CONSTRUCT SRL and academic partners from Colombia, creating a platform for knowledge exchange and future research collaboration.
Discussions focused on:
- Sensor technologies for food safety and environmental monitoring
- Optoelectronic and electrochemical sensing approaches
- Multispectral and Raman-based methods for freshness and material analysis
- Thin film deposition and characterization techniques
The visit highlighted the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration between physicists, chemists, engineers, and biomedical researchers in developing reliable, cost-effective, and user-friendly sensing solutions. It also reinforced ongoing academic partnerships, including recent collaboration agreements between MGM STAR CONSTRUCT SRL and international universities.
