MGM STAR CONSTRUCT participated in the official Kick-Off Meeting of the SPADER Project, held on 3–4 November 2025 in Tallinn, Estonia. The meeting was hosted by the project coordinator VAAL Airships, gathering all 9 European partners to launch the activities of the project.
Representing MGM STAR CONSTRUCT, physicist Arcadie Sobetkii, the company’s Scientific Director, took part in the KOM He contributed to the technical discussions, reviewed the initial work plan, and supported the alignment of MGM’s scientific and technological role within the consortium.
During the opening sessions, the European Commission (DG DEFIS) provided guidance regarding workflow, reporting procedures, deliverables, and funding rules. In addition, dedicated workshops were organized for:
Work plan & task administration
Dissemination & communication strategy
Ethics & security compliance
Technical planning for the first project period
The Kick-Off also included a hybrid component allowing additional partner personnel to join remotely.
The project officially started on 1 November 2025 and will run for 36 months.
